Visiting the Galveston Center was easy and everything was handled efficiently. Changed the size of one ear piece to eliminate the piece coming out of my ear frequently. I'm very satisfied with my hearing aides and the personnel at NewSound.

The wire broke on my hearing aid I took it in to NewSound thinking they would have to send it off. To my surprise the wonderful lady at the front desk fixed it while I waited and was delighted. It was expensive but better than waiting a week or longer...
