Christy was the only one in the office the day of my Appt.. She came out to greet me and made sure that I knew thing were running a little late due to late arrivals. Christy is very nice and personable, she talked like an old friend. Testing was done and explained, but yay my hearing was fine. I will go to this office again, next year as a matter of fact!
